P1B had a special visitor this morning: Fiona from The Nurture Hub or as we like to call her, Clódagh’s Mammy!
We had a fun-filled morning with team building games, bubbles, music, mindfulness, lots of yoga poses, breathing exercises and finished off with a lovely story all about our emotions.
