Today we wore yellow/bright colours to celebrate World Mental Health Day. After watching the movie 'Inside Out 2' we talked about different emotions and then made our own emotion monsters. We had a little picnic on the carpet and talked about times when we have felt happy, sad or angry. Later, Cinnamon the teddy came to visit but he was feeling a little bit sad so we gave him lots of hugs and made him feel much better! We had a great day! #Take5 #WorldMentalHealthDay
