Primary 2 fun with Miss Lindsay

3rd Jun 2026

Today, Primary 2 became water scientists as they explored the different states of water through hands-on experiments and investigations!

The children observed how an ice pop changed from liquid water to a solid and carefully recorded their findings at different times throughout the day. They discussed their predictions, tracked the changes, and discovered how long the freezing process took.

To make the learning even sweeter, everyone got to enjoy their ice pop at the end of the day!

The fun didn’t stop there! The children also used ice to create beautiful paintings and experimented with mixing colours, watching new shades appear as the ice melted.
